Terms of Agreement

* Must be 18 years or older or must have parental consent.

* Video and audio content must be 7 minutes or less.

* Video and audio material(s) will not be returned and will be held for screening and consideration.

* Video and audio content released will have a shelf life of at least 30 days.

* Sexually explicit, derogatory or racist material(s) or content that infringes the rights of any third party will not be accepted.

* The recorder/cinematographer/photographer warrants and represents the individual pictured and heard in the recording and or has obtained permission from each person who appears in the material(s) submitted.

* The recorder/cinematographer/photographer warrants and represents that the material(s) is original and has been legally obtained and created and does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party.

* The recorder/cinematographer/photographer grants BroadcastMyTalent.com non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to broadcast, display, encode, exhibit, modify, post, publish, store, transmit, use, or reuse the submitted material(s) without limitation as to when or to the number of times used.

* We reserve the right to edit and release the video and audio material(s) at our own discretion.

* You agree to indemnify and hold BMT harmless against any costs, damages and expenses (including legal expenses) it may incur or suffer as a result of a breach of the above warranties.

* The terms of agreement may be updated by BroadcastMyTalent.com intermittently without notice to you.

* Please report any violation of the terms of agreement to staff@broadcastmytalent.com
